It’s no wonder why Valentine’s Day is one of the most popular days of the year to propose. It’s a day already steeped in romance and reserved for spending time together, so half of the work is done for you. But if you’re not careful, your sweet Valentine’s proposal could border on cliché. If you’re one of the millions of guys (or gals!) planning a Valentine’s Day proposal, skip the chocolate script on the dessert plate and check out these creative ideas for making the moment memorable and personal.

Get Back to Basics – Valentine’s Day brings out the kid in us by conjuring up memories of elementary school valentine exchanges. Surprise her with a homemade valentine that asks her to marry you. Along those lines – you can always try the classic folded note that says, “Will you marry me? Check yes or no.”

Say it With Candy – Nothing says Valentine’s Day like conversation hearts and the popular candy’s thematic take on love. Buy a bag and set aside ones that say “Marry Me.” Present her with a dish or container filled with the hearts, and ask her to be your wife.

Be a Home Body – It’s easy to see why the most popular place to propose is at home – it’s the ultimate way to lend intimacy to this very personal moment. Cook her a romantic dinner for two, and tie an engagement ring to the napkin holder or the stem of a champagne flute.

Re-create a Special Moment – Re-creating a first date or other significant milestone in your relationship demonstrates the significance you place on the time you’ve shared together, a key ingredient in a marriage proposal. Make reservations at the restaurant where you had your first dinner together, or visit the location of your first kiss or first “I love you’s.”

Scrapbook It Create – a scrapbook of mementos – ticket stubs, photos, restaurant takeout menus, pamphlets and event programs – anything representative of your relationship and the activities you like to do together. Leave the last page blank, save for the words “Will You Marry Me” at the top. Be sure to take a picture after the proposal to complete the last page of the scrapbook.

Luxury Scavenger Hunt – Arrange for a limousine to pick her up at her house with the first clue, and provide clues that lead her to all your favorite spots through town. The last hint will lead her to you, on one knee with an engagement ring.

Go Public – I say this with caution, because your sweetie may not want to share this special moment with the world – only you can determine whether this will go over well. That said, Valentine’s Day is the perfect occasion to use the media to your advantage, since many radio, newspaper, or TV stations are looking for Valentine’s Day stories and would love to run your proposal on air or in print.

What a glorious moment. Waking up the one day and realizing that your boyfriend / girlfriend is the one for you. Knowing that you want to spend your life with them and grow old together.

We have seen it in movies, we have heard about stories and some of us have been blessed enough to actually experience all the emotions associated with being in love and proposing or being proposed to. You look at the elderly couple walking down the street, hand in hand, just like they did 20 years ago. This type of love is rare but still found.

When proposing there is a couple of things that have to be kept in mind for example:

When will it be the right moment to propose? What type of ring does my girlfriend like? What ring size does your partner wear? Would she/he prefer that I ask her parent’s permission first? How will your own parents react? How am I going to propose? Going down on one knee or popping it into a wine glass as in the movies? Where am I going to propose? At a party or at a restaurant? Are we old enough to take this step? Has your partner finished studying? How does your partner feel about getting engaged?

The choice is completely yours but remember that this opportunity usually only comes once, make full use of it and try to plan it to precision. Consider each question above and make sure that you can answer it without hesitation.

Keep in mind that the journey you are about to embark on, might not be as easy as you thought it was. Money, commitment, passion, timing, new responsibility, moving in together, steady jobs, compatibility, parents, proper housing, higher self-discipline and marriage are active factors that need to be considered, without them the chances are that the relationship / engagement will fail.

In the end it all comes down to the love you share and your ability to care for your future hubby or wife. Share in the challenges that you might face and keep in mind what the payoff will be. Stay strong through this process and transition and everything will work out for you.

God bless on your journey towards engagement and marriage. Stay romantic and keep on caring. Thank you for reading.

This should come just like the other gifts you usually shower her with. You can print your proposal on the CD. As she opens the CD to play it, she will read your proposal. This is just about being creative. You need to be careful with the music. After, she reads your proposal, she would no doubt be curious to know what is inside. You should ensure that you have love songs that are very strong. You can be sure that your proposal will be accepted.Personalizing a songEven though we know about stars who have powerful love songs, you can personalize their songs to reflect your true feelings. You can personalize the song by including the name of your love. At the end of it, you can get on your one knee and make your request.Of course, no one would wish to receive a decline on their engagement proposal.

This might be the single most important moment of your life. It’s all up to you to completely blow your partner’s mind. Where to propose? How should I ask the question? What do I say? Well here’s some tips for those that need some guidance and proposal ideas

You have quite a few options that you may choose but I would recommend one of the following:

Proposal Suggestion #1

Step 1: Take you partner to a remote location where you can spend quality time with them. Planning at this stage is very important as explained in my other articles. Make sure to pack cutlery, a formal type dress for her and a tux for you as well as some food that can be prepared with ease and a bottle of wine.

Step 2: Start by giving her the best day of her life. Treat her to a foot massage, a back massage or even bring along a gift. Treat her like a queen for the day and don’t let her lift a finger. Make sure that she feels really comfortable and do your best not to have a single fight.

Step 3: After this long fantastic day, go to bed and wait for her to fall asleep.

Step 4: Now it’s time to take action, set up a table with candles and wine with the finest cutlery that you possess. Prepare a meal that you feel would fit the occasion, if you’re not comfortable with the idea of preparing food, find a restaurant that would deliver to your location.

Step 5: Following all the arrangements you have made with dinner, it’s now time to get dressed.

Step 6: Go back to your partner and tell her that you have a surprise for her however it is required that she has to put on her finest dress. Remember to wake her gently as you don’t want her to be in a bad mood.

Step 7: Blindfold her and lead her to the dinner table. When you reveal the romantic dinner to her it would be a good idea to have some soft music coming from a car or any other music source and start off by asking her for a dance. Slowly dance with her and hold her close to you.

Step 8: After the dinner and some casual chat it’s time to “pop the question”. Make sure you prepare sufficiently before proposing. Tell her exactly what you feel and how much she means to you. Make sure you describe every detail as vivid as possible and as romantic as possible.

Step 9: Start making wedding arrangements and remember to read up on the ten crucial tips below.

To find more proposal ideas visit: http://www.romance4u.info
Christmas gift ideas

Romantic wedding proposals are remembered for a lifetime. So when asking for a hand in marriage, remember that you have the opportunity to create an event that will be remembered and enjoyed for many years to come. It is worth the extra effort to prepare for such a great ocassion – and to hear the magical words: “yes”.

You may be shocked to find out that better than 3/4 of women today are disappointed in the proposal they get, and you don’t want to disappoint her when you are asking her to spend the rest of life with you. Creating a special moment ensures that you both have wonderful memories of this precious time for years to come. Need a bit of help? Well, here are some great proposal ideas to consider using. Use them and you are pretty much guaranteed an emphatic “YES” from the love of your life.

Message in a Bottle Proposal

If you are looking for romantic and unique proposal ideas, a message in a bottle proposal is a wonderful idea to try. It’s simple, romantic and fun.

Preparation: Before you go get an antique bottle, use some parchment paper, and write your proposal on it (make sure you are original and romantic with the wording). Bury the bottle in the sand in an easy to locate spot.

Invite your love to go on a walk along the beach with you. Assuming all the preparation has been done, go walk with your love. Notice the bottle top sticking up and have her help you dig it up. Let her open the bottle and read your proposal. Romantically request her hand in marriage while you are kneeling on one knee with a ring in your hand. She’ll remember the moment forever, and she’ll have the bottle and proposal on parchment to keep as a memory of this important day in your lives.

Evening Picnic Dinner Proposal

Another of the many great proposal ideas out there is an evening picnic dinner proposal.

Preparation: Get a small generator and a lot of mini white lights. Find a beautiful and remote spot for a picnic, such as a private spot on the beach or a nice area in the mountains. Set up the generator and decorate it with all the white lights. Set up a small table and chairs, and have it ready for a picnic dinner.

Take her out to the dinner spot around sunset, sit her down at the table, and have a nice dinner and wine for her to eat. As the sun goes down, tell her you have a surprise for her. Go turn on the generator and let all the lights come on and dazzle her. It will take her breath away. Go to her and kneel with one knee and explain to her that she is the light in your world. Lovingly ask her to marry you.

Relaxing Getaway Proposal

More than likely your girlfriend is a busy woman. She could use a relaxing getaway and this is one of many great proposal ideas as well.

Preparation: decide on a place to go. Choose enjoyable activities that reduce stress and enable relaxation. (You will want to do this after you know she has a particular day off.)

Take her away for a day. Arrange for her to have a day off work, surprise her, and whisk her away. Make sure she does absolutely nothing. Take her to a nice resort or hotel. Let her enjoy the day in the pool, sipping nice drinks, and feed her a delicious dinner. Bring her to the hot tub in the evening to relax. When she is relaxed and you see the stress start slipping away, get on one knee and ask her to marry you. Inform her that you would enjoy pampering her for the rest of your lives.

Seashell Proposal

If you live near the beach, the seashell proposal is one of the best proposal ideas to consider.

Preparation: a bucket for shells; a beach blanket or towel. If the beach doesn’t have many shells, come prepared with lots of shells already in the bucket.

As you take a walk on the beach, pick up a lot of seashells along the way. Have her help you pick out beautiful shells to place in your bucket. Once you have a lot of shells, have her sit down on a blanket. Take the shells and write out your proposal. When you are done, get her and bring her to see your work. As she sees what you have written, get down and propose, then give her the ring. Take a camera to get a picture of the seashell proposal so you can remember it. Gather up the shells again after she says “yes,” and you can use the shells in your wedding or keep them to remember the special day by.

Most women prefer getting a diamond engagement ring to symbolize their love. Yet, some really apreciate a gemstone engagement ring instead.
spanish mortgages
